Download and install USB Redirector (USB RTE).
Open the program and press Next.
STEP 2:
Go to Client Mode.
Write my Technician Address (Server IP):
ASK ADMIN FOR IP
Then press Connect.
STEP 3:
Connect or reconnect your USB cable.
Wait until I finish your service remotely.
