ADB and Fastboot tools are used by advanced Android users who need to modify their operating systems, such as to unlock the bootloader, root it, reboot in revovery mode, make backup copies... however, the two they require the installation of the full Android SDK.

However, there is a minimalist tool that simplifies this whole process. We're talking about Minimal ADB and Fastboot, which provide all the tools of these two programs taking up less than two megabytes of memory.
But we must consider that in principle this presents a problem because it cannot be updated like the SDK. However, its makers were concerned about rolling out updates so they could work with recent versions of Android.
As you can imagine, we are not talking about an easy to use software, not even at all… at least for beginners in this field. Its control is done from the command console. To use it, all you have to do is fulfill the following requirements, some of them very obvious:
The smartphone must be connected to the PC.
It must be enabled for USB Debugging from the designer options.
You must have the necessary drivers on the computer.
